Bond continued for Steubenville Catholic Central teacher charged with sexual battery

A Steubenville Catholic Central teacher charged with sexual battery of a 15-year-old student appeared in court on Tuesday.

Bond was continued at $100,000 in Harrison County Common Pleas Court on 21-year-old Corissa McCalister.

She was charged back in April with two counts of sexual battery and was placed on administrative leave from her position at the high school.

She was ordered not to have unsupervised contact with minors except for family.
