Wednesday afternoon’s storms brought flash flooding and plenty of damage in many areas of the Ohio Valley.

National Road between Triadelphia and Valley Grove was closed for flooding and a car rescue.

Kruger Street in Elm Grove was closed for the second time in June after a tree fell onto it and power lines came down.

At one point Wednesday, traffic lights were not working from Washington Avenue to Kruger Street.

I-70 Exit 4 was closed due to flooding.

Several trees were uprooted in West Liberty and debris was scattered.

In Brooke County, the Toll House at the front of Brooke Hills Park on Washington Pike was toppled over by strong winds.
